The Old Town
Port of Alexandria is behind the Torpedo Factory that is on Union
Street between King Street and Cameron Street.
Cameron Street is one-way going away from the river. Thus, you
have use Union or another street that goes towards the river such as
King or Queen. Note that King is to the south of the docks and Queen to
the north. From the beltway south of Alexandria, take Route 1 North to
a right at
King and a left at Union.
Once you are on the other side of the Torpedo Factory, you will see a
docking area for charter boats. A very visible Chart House
Restaurant is nearby. There is parking
on Cameron and in various
garages. Park anyplace
convenient.
Embarkation at 6:45 p.m. We are sailing at 7 p.m. Remember time
and tide wait for no Knight or Lady!
